The most loved beer label contest is back!

CNBC's Most Loved Beer Label contest is back. In March 2013, CNBC set out to find the most loved label of 2012 and Troeg's Nugget Nectar took home the top prize.

Now we're looking for the most loved labels from 2014. With more than 3,000 breweries in operation, beer drinkers have more options than ever.

The idea behind the contest is to celebrate the creativity being displayed on the outside of the bottle. So we're not looking for your favorite beer or which one you think tastes the best, we're looking for which label caught your eye last year.

This vote is just for fun and meant to highlight some of the inspired artwork being created by breweries and label artists. There is no prize for the winner, just bragging rights. We are looking for one submission per brewery. So while a brewery may have many worthy labels, please submit the one you like the best.

Official rules and procedures below, but here's the quick details on how it works:

Through March 13, breweries and consumers can submit a jpg (hi-res please) or link to a label or can for consideration to Beer@nbcuni.com. To be considered for the vote a label must be from a beer released during 2014.

The CNBC Beer Label Madness selection committee will review all submissions and slot the field in a "March Madness" style bracket consisting of four groups of 16 labels.

The field will be announced on March 23 and voting will begin on March 24 and last through April 6. The winner will be announced on April 7.
