Former "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno will star in a new television show on CNBC tentatively titled "Jay Leno's Garage" that will focus on the car collector's market, including best investments and valuations in the space.

The primetime series will debut in 2015 and feature everything from classics to supercars, and restoration projects to road tests.

"This show will be about anything that rolls, explodes, and makes noise," Leno said in a statement. "We hope to highlight the passion and the stories behind the men and women who made the automobile the greatest invention of the 20th century."

The show is based on his Emmy Award-winning Web series, which has more than 1 million subscribers on Google's YouTube and more than 105 million lifetime views.
