U.S. data center provider Digital Realty announces investment in their second data center in Hong Kong. Mark Smith, the Managing Director for Asia Pacific says it is a reflection of customers' sentiment and the firm sees tremendous opportunities for both MNCs going into Hong Kong and Chinese enterprises who use Hong Kong to go international.
