Video footage captures explosion at Philadelphia-area oil refinery

A fire broke out at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery after an explosion. The refinery located outside Philadelphia is the longest continuously operating refinery on the East Coast. Gas prices are moving upwards on the news.
